At Romsons, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of medical supplies, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products only.

Return Process

Initiate Request
Log into your Romsons account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit your request.

Quality Verification
Once your request is logged, our team will review the details to ensure the product remains in its original, sealed packaging with all tags intact.

Package Pickup
Upon approval, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the package from your delivery address within 2-3 business days.
4.
Refund Processing
After the returned item passes a physical inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
